Overall, this was perfect for our week long stay in PR. The place was clean and had everything we needed including a small kitchen, laundry facilities, beach accessories, A/C, and bathroom accomodations. I wish that the shades in the room did a better job at leaving light out, in addition, being near a busy intersection and street, traffic can be heard so bring earplugs BUT this was still a great location you can't beat. You have great access to the beach, a short drive to San Juan, a 24/7 supermarket across the street and great restaurants in the area. When we were there the elevators were being serviced but one was still in operation for most our visit. Rosa was very responsive when we needed help and I definitely recommend this place for a couple staying in PR. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

Beach get away!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was spotless and extremely well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. One of the best parts was how close it was to the beach—just a short walk away! The owner was very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. We would definitely recommend this spot for a couple looking for a relaxing getaway.

Fun spot

Fun spot, hard to breath after a while i think due to black mold i saw in bathroom upon arrival. Beautiful beach right outside. Good beach chairs and accomodations

Comfortable condo by the beach

The apartment was clean and comfortable, host was very responsive and accommodating, and the beach was literally steps away. The building itself can benefit from TOC and updates, but overall it is safe and well-located.

Great spot!

First time in PR- this place was an awesome location. The only thing is it does get loud at night with traffic. The beach being in your backyard is clutch! So much better than any resort!

Great Choice!

Great view, cozy study, great location. From here, it's so easy to get anywhere. It's an easy, quick drive to anywhere. A 24-hour supermarket is just across the avenue. Plenty of places to eat all around. Walk out the back of the building onto the beach. Easy parking!The host was wonderful and quick to respond to messages. I recommend this study apartment property.

Just what we Needed!

Cozy and safe! The studio was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Great location and very clean. Having free parking was great! We had a lovely time in Isla Verde.

Fun trip to Puerto Rico

The apartment was nice and was perfect for three of us. It is located at a scary intersection, so we were always nervous getting in and out of the gate with our car, but it always worked out. The access to the beach was great and it was a beautiful spot. Plenty of parking spots. Less than 1/4 mile from a 24/7 store and about a dozen restaurants which we enjoyed.

My children and i had a great time. There is parking for your rental if needed, the beach is your backyard, and there is plenty of places within walking distance for food and shopping. The studio was comfortable nice cold AC, netflix, domino's to play. Host was very nice and answered my questions fast if i needed anything.

Great service

We had a great stay. Communication was awesome and owner was very accommodating. She was very attentive and helped make our stay enjoyable. Apartment was clean and location was awesome. Only suggestion would be to provide at least two beach chairs and a swivel TV mount so you can watch from bed. I would rent this location again.

The apartment itself was fine, location was very nice, but they advertised that they had air conditioning, which was broken; bad circuit that was broken before we were there. We finally reached the owener, who refunded us for the 2 nights we did not stay there, but it was very inconvenient to say the least.

Eveything was lovely

This was a nice studio for two people close to market and restaurants as well as direct access to beach. The only issue was the tv that wasnt working when we got there but got replaced right away. Also the stove was not working but we managed.

Condo was really nice

The condo was nice perfect for a couple. The AC worked really well! It was very clean and had everything you need with a grocery store right across the street. The private access to the beach was a plus! The parking is first come first serve but we always had a spot available. The condo next door is being remodeled and that was horrible we had to leave during the entire day because it was so loud and vibrates the whole condo.Probably shouldn’t rent while next door is under construction!The elevator is really sketchy and was broke one day.we mostly took the 7 flights of stairs but that got exhausting. The stairwell is open to the outside so one day it was raining and windy and we woke up to an inch deep of water covering the ENTIRE condos floor. We used the towels and mop to clean it up and Rosa sent someone to bring new towels. So be aware if the rain is blowing this is a possibility! Also even though it’s a beach property make sure not to bring sand into the condo. One of the demands is no sand in condo if you want your security deposit back. There is an outside shower area. My husband and I didn’t swim just walked on the beach and still tracked sand and needed to sweep several times.The building is old and run down but Overall the condo itself is new and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic spot on the beach and perfect condo for what we needed! Rosa was very kind and understanding. Only complaint was the creaky elevator, but that was completely out of Mrs. Monroy’s control. Would most definitely consider booking again given the chance of us coming back!
