Need some rest and relaxation? This is the place for you!! Studio apartment on the back half of an ocean front duplex. Only a few steps from an amazing stretch of beaches. Enjoy a large bedroom/ living room area with a smart tv, internet and a dvd player. TV works with your internet based apps like HULU, NetFlix, etc. Only steps from the beach! Beautiful palm trees in front of the property on the beach waiting for your hammock and drink of choice! Studio includes a queen sized bed, a futon sofa (small~ only sleeps one and is best for a child not an adult), a full kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, and basic cook wear) bathroom with shower, and a large closet with shelves for your clothes. You can’t get much better for the price!! Free parking on the street, the parking on premises is for the adjoining 2 bedroom rental (also available on VRBO #2108080). This property is minutes from the famous El Yunque Rainforest, the natural water slide, a bioluminescent bay, Charco El Hippie, many adventures in Old San Juan, the ferry to Flamenco Beach on Culebra island, the Marina in Fajardo, and so much more. You can hike, fish, explore, shop, dine, or just be a beach bum!!
There are also many wonderful places to eat in the area, including the Luquillo Kiosks. I also recommend checking out Pinterest for fun ideas of things to do while in Puerto Rico!

What a wonderful place to stay! It’s convenient, close to great restaurants, bakery, grocery store, laundromat and Beautiful Beaches! It had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. Love this place.

Perfect getaway

Everything couldn’t have been more perfect. We were situated right on the beach, which never got too crowded. The neighborhood was the perfect place to just kind of bounce around for food and drinks. Local people were awesome to chat with and get to know. We wanted to simply get away and turn our brains off for a little and I couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience.

Location! Location!

The location is amazing, right on the ocean as advertised. The unit is very basic, but comfortable. Everything in unit was in perfect working condition. The fact that it is the back unit was no issue for us. All you have to do is step outside, perfect ocean view, and a couple steps your on the beach! The oceanfront is perfect, you can enjoy the beach or chill in the shade of the palms.

Great communication from the owner and the property manager with clear instructions. Location is very convenient for a relaxing stay near the beach. This place is PERFECT!

Perfect in every way for the solo traveler or couple. You are beach front, to the left is a wonderful swimmable (green flag) beach, Costa Playa Azul and to the right is a surf beach, La Pared, red flags. It takes a little exploring to find the most amazing food and drinks!! I recommend La Fonda and Suma. Boardriders is also great for food and drinks and a 2 min walk. I will be booking again!!

Property manager was awesome, super responsive and helpful. Apartment was nothing fancy but it was clean and had everything we needed and the location was fantastic, right across the street from an awesome, not-too-busy beach and within walking distance of several restaurants/stores. The studio was perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we needed. To be able to walk out the door and walk across the street to the ocean was fantastic. Restaurants were in walking distance . My partner, our 4 year old, and myself stayed at this studio for a week. Having the beach literally across the street was glorious! The neighborhood felt very safe and laid back. The proximity to el Yunque, San Juan, and other awesome locations was so convenient. We’d definitely stay here again!
