Nice place to stay in residential area of San Juan

Property was simple but clean and affordable. Owner was very attentive and overall a positive rental experience.

It was very comfortable just had to turn those air conditioners on it was blazing lol and i never figured out the wifi if it was provided overall it was a good stay the gate was a little tricky bc i dont know spanish

Value for your buck

Location is accesible to everything. Spacious, clean and quiet. Bedding, pillows and towels could use a refresher along with common areas. Place is well located. Be mindful that your GPS can send you to residents only entrance instead of the main entrance. Pay attention to the address; is a corner unit, and the 19th picture on the listing shows you what you are looking for.

Good stay

Overall great stay but there was what seemed like sand in between the sheets in the room closest to the kitchen so opted so just sleep on top of sheets since something grainy kept bothering us. Entrance also took us to the resident entrance so was a little difficult to find the other entrance but after wasn’t bad. End of the day it was a great stay well equipped and with many towels and great AC

We stayed here the night before a cruise. This is a three bedroom two bath home. It accommodated our entire party. The host was very considerate with the supplies that were left including nice fluffy towels. Property was very clean and quiet. The host even left the air on so it would be cool when we arrived. While staying there we did see three bugs but I understand how if a property is having guests coming in and out they may bring bugs with them unbeknown to the host. Directions to the property could be more clear. Would definitely stay there again.

Casa ubicada en una urbanización con control de acceso. La propiedad es amplia y cuenta con dos baños, lo cual resulta muy conveniente. Es una casa antigua, cómoda y funcional. En general, es una opción adecuada para quienes valoran la tranquilidad y el espacio.
