Ideal for work trips, it’s close to local tech company offices such as Red Ventures, Wovenware, and BrainHi, plus co-working spaces like Piloto 151, co.co.haus, and The Landmark. Just a quick 7-minute drive to the beach, it’s in Santurce—one of the top ten most populated neighborhoods in the capital—known for its vibrant art, music, cuisine, and graffiti. Within walking distance, you’ll find Calle Cerra’s graffiti, Placita de Santurce’s bars, Calle Loiza, Walmart, hospitals, museums, the beach, and more, and it’s only 10 minutes from the airport.

I enjoyed the property. Walking distance of a bunch of things. So no need to have to uber for everything. I enjoyed the walks and being able to see the area around me. It was indeed cozy. I mainly used the place for rest. Spent most of the time out. Cool place would recommend.

This was comfortable and convenient. I like staying in a neighborhood rather than a touristy area. The outdoor patio was very nice for morning coffee! Parking was not a problem and we slept well on the comfy bed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone! The host was very responsive and helpful, a good communicator.

Perfect for 2

The place was just as described, owner contacted us and made it very easy to check in and out. We would stay again. Close to all the nightlife, neighborhood is a tad iffy, but we felt safe.
