Our New Penthouse apartment was recently acquired and renovated in a very contemporary style, while maintaining a beach atmosphere. Sit down for breakfast in our large terrace overlooking the Isla Verde Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Prepare dinner in our fabulous new kitchen with top of the line appliances, and stunning stellar white quartz counters.Amenities include the following:
-Three beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with smart TV's and cable service.
-Three recently renovated bathrooms, two in the bedroom area and one in the living area
-Washer and dryer in the second level, near bedrooms
-State of the art magazine worthy new kitchen, featuring new stainless steel appliances, and stellar white quartz counter tops.
Appliances include: french door style refrigerator, wall oven and microwave, dishwasher, glass cook top, and all small appliances customary in a kitchen of this category, as coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.
-Inside living area is comprised of an area for TV entertainment with a 55 inch smart TV encased in a beautiful fascia and round glass dining table for 6 to 8.
-Outdoor living area is comprised of a beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean with a table for 6, modular seating an bar stools.
-KItchen connects to terrace via a door and also through a large window that opens up into a bar counter, perfect for entertainment.

This is an amazing property in a fantastic location. We had everything we needed and more! Loved having a private parking space so we could decide if we wanted to explore PR on our own in our rental or Uber to areas we knew parking would be scarce. The place was beautiful, roomy, and felt very safe for a small group of girls. The location was fantastic! There was plenty of places to eat right across the street or just a short walk away. We had a little difficulty at check in but the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing beachfront condo!!

From the moment the door open to this condo, the beauty was so amazing!!!! Light fills the condo from the amazing balcony which opens up through the living room, bringing the outdoor space indoors!! Very private patio so you feel like you’re the only ones there when you’re enjoying it! We loved that all the bedrooms were all ocean facing! The owner/manager was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had! Unforgettable memories made here!!

Lovely, spacious 2 level beach view penthouse apartment adjacent to and with easy access to Isla Verde beach. Great patio overlooking the beach. Walking distance to fine dining options and easy access to casinos in nearby hotels. Very close to airport and Old San Juan and convenient access to tour of El Yunque National Rain Forest.

Great location close to the airport. Private beach and pool. (Traveling for work, so while i couldn't be on the beach, I had a great view) Good restaurants all in walking distance. Smooth check in and check out process. We'll definitely be back as well as looking at Annie's other properties!

Holiday getaway

This condo was as described and clean. Everyone had privacy, but the large patio, living room and dining table was perfect for our time together. Easy access to the pool and beach. The area had several restaurants, Walgreens and grocery store nearby.The building is overall well maintained and we felt safe. Being on vacation during an island wide blackout wasn’t part of the plan, but the condo had lanterns and the elevators and garage worked from the generator.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. Our kids had so much fun on the beach swimming and boogie boarding. We often rented chairs but the boogie boards and cooler were convenient for use. They also did provide some beach chairs. The house was clean. The furniture out on the balcony and the main couch could use some updating but overall we were pleased with our stay!

Family trip to Isla Verde. Penthouse location was very nice. The amenities were good but could have perhaps been a bit newer and better maintained. Property manager was very gracious and accommodating. We had a wonderful trip. The cleaning person was especially kind as well.

Beautiful Penthouse Condo on the BEACH

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. We loved the location to beach & pool, as well as other sights and sounds of Puerto Rico. The unit includes 2 parking spaces which was perfect for us. We would have wished for another fob as there were only 2 for a 3 bedroom place and with 6 adults going different directions at different times, it made it slightly cumbersome to coordinate vacation schedules and ensure no one is locked out but we made it work. This is not the only 3 bedroom we have run into this logistic. It's manageable.Overall loved our stay and will consider returning if we have a large group.

Amazing location

This is the second time that we have stayed at this location. Overall, it is great, but I can tell that it needs a little bit of upkeep. During the storm, some of the walls were leaking. Of the ACs was also leaking water if we had it turned on for longer than 30 minutes or so. It was once again, a great experience, but the unit could use a little bit more maintenance to prevent it from further deteriorating.

They need to do a better job with the cleaning. The cabinets were falling apart. The patio furniture that is also falling apart. The shades in the bedrooms did not go up or down. Location was great. It was nice to have parking.

Family Vacation

This place was beautiful. Spacious for my family of 8. Location was close to everything you would need. The only things that were inconvenient was that the washer did not work (rinse and spin cycle) we stayed for 8 days and after a couple of days we needed to wash bath towels and we couldn’t. I notified Val just to let her know. I also wish there were more keys and fobs, with so many adults wanting to do their own things, not enough keys to go around. But overall I would recommend this place 100%. Sincerely Sandra R.

Nice Property and Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. We didn’t spend much time in the penthouse as we had activities planned almost every day. However, place is nice and comfortable for 8 people (3 bedrooms and 3 full baths). The host provided with plenty of towels, beach chairs, football, and some basic bathroom supplies. The beach is down the elevator. It was nice to wake up to such an amazing view. The washer was not working but once I reported it, the host send a technician to fix it. It took a couple of days but it was fixed.
