This Property
Beautifully Villa guests enjoy full access to the resort amenities, which include the Beach Club, Golf Club, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, Gym, Tennis Club, Lakehouse with water sports, and 483 acres of gated pristine maritime forest. Beautifully Villa is part of the Calypso Villas Refined Luxury Rental Program, which includes a dedicated concierge for the duration of the reservation. This in addition to the concierge team offered by the resort.

The Space
My villa is not part of the hotel. Instead, it’s an independent structure within the resort campus. While the hotel offers a handful of amenities, the actual resort campus offers over a dozen. As a residential golf community, the villa is both minimalistic and modern in architecture. Beautifully Villa at St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort consists of three bedrooms, with three full bathrooms. With approximately 2,289 square feet of covered AC space, +600 sqft of outdoor terraces, in addition to +1,200 sqft of lawn, the villa helps to fulfill more comfort than a hotel room. Other highlights worth mentioning include: 112-steps from the private pool clubhouse. Another 35 steps and you will find yourself on the sandy beach. In the opposite direction, you will arrive to The Beach Club in less than a two-minute walk.

The Boathouse offers equipment and gear for lake adventures and activities, including biking, fishing, kayaking and more. There are five different restaurants located on the property that vary from fine dining to beachside grill. The guests will have access to three pools. The members pool and St. Regis offer full service with drinks and dining options. See note below e.g., hotel access)

Other things to note
Golf cart rental is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Four-seater golf carts are $65 per day while six-seater are $85. Each guest can secure the golf cart rental with me. Also, we offer airport transportation for one to eleven passengers. In the case you rent a vehicle, you will have two parking spots offered at no cost. Also, housekeeping services during our stay, pre-arrival grocery shopping, tours, excursions and more is offered to all those who desire convenience.

Resort Fees
Mandatory resort fees are $99 plus IVU (11.5%) per day per group of guests assigned to the villa. This cost is independent to the nightly rate. Note that only guests assigned to the villa will be granted resort passes and as a result have access to the resort grounds. Guests are not permitted to have visitors.

Important Announcement
The St. Regis Hotel has the right to admission and their main priority to serve are their guests. The hotel will begin reenforcing their occupancy guidelines. If the hotel is 70% of higher in occupancy, reservations and the use of the hotel facilities will only be available to hotel guests. You, as my guest, still have access to three other pools, plus beach access/service offered by The Beach Club.
