Experience comfort with modern amenities, perfect for both beach and city enthusiasts. AC in every room and clean and minimalistic decoration to appreciate the architecture. Walk to Condado Beach, Condado Lagoon, La Placita de Santurce, Miramar, as well as various bars and restaurants. Only a quick 10-minute drive to Old San Juan and the airport.

★ Nestled in a residential area near a bustling commercial strip, the downtown location invites street noises, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays. The vibrant atmosphere offers numerous entertainment options within walking distance or a short Uber ride. You may find free-roaming chickens and roosters that can be noisy in the mornings. The neighborhood is generally safe for strolls, accompanied by fellow residents and tourists.

Wish I could have given this 5 stars! Pros: Host was [mostly] very prompt in communication, the interior of the property was [mostly] as advertised, location was solid, etc Cons: Not sure if it’s a San Juan-wide power grid issue, however all of the technological devices I attempted to charge in the property took easily five times as long as normal to charge. The property is/was also listed as a 2 bathroom with a lakefront view, and there is only one bathroom and no lake within a 5 mile radius. Knowing what I know now, I’d likely book the apartment again; however, folks should be moreInformed before making the commitment!
