8/10 Good

"Some confusion on an extra sofa in the room with pull out bed, in addition to two queen beds so obviously we thought the room was bigger. Also comments on the website as to how many the room slept. If our extra person had come, we would have been up the creek. My only complaint. Also looked like breakfast was included and it was NOT."

2/10 Terrible

"The room was outdated to the MAX. The TV was one of the first “flat TV” model, it was a 24”, with wonderful lines across it which made the effects superb (sarcasm). The fridge was to die for as in I wish there was one. The bed frame was a California king with a full size bed which was 6” away from the bed. The night stands were mixed matched and neither matched the bed. The pool water was green and not the pretty green more like it had enough algae to walk on. However, for the price and a very short stay it wasn’t terrible because the location made up for it, it’s ok if you are not going to spend time in the room."

10/10 Excellent

"I love the beauty of this place. Wonderful restaurants, pool, beach. Great for photos. Pool closes at 9. That isn’t listed anywhere. Not terrible just an FYI: 100 per night resort fee is not included in the price. We went to the rain forest which is really cool but I don’t recommend it if you are not in awesome shape or over 50. Watched a lady carried out on a stretcher with an IV. I hike often. This water slide hike has higher difficulty: roots, mud, slippery rock climbing. Very rustic and zero safety measures. Old San Juan is great. Recommend a hat, water and sunscreen. You’ll be tired after a full day."
