Did not meet expectations
We stayed 6 nights at this condo at the 8th floor. The house is spacious and have lots of day light. The beds are comfortable, it was clean enough and air-conditions at each room worked well while we had the electricity. However, due to the one layer of glass at the windows and being on the main street it was very noisy especially at nights and hard to sleep. On top of that, we did not have hot water when we arrived. It took 2 days to be fixed since the handyman could not come the first day. On the third day all island lost power and on 4th day we did not have any water at the house. We could not cook, take a shower and even use the toilets for 3 days. The home owner did not propose any solution, just apologized for the inconvenience. I understand that it was out of their control, but they could have proposed another solution like moving us to another facility with generator at least. During this 3 days, they did not reply our texts and answer our phone either. You can only communicate via the app. We were left alone in a foreign island without power, water and any help. I would have expected a better management of the situation.
