Zero Stars for Property Manager!! Proceed with CAUTION!!

The property manager failed to provide the entry code and was unresponsive when we attempted to contact them, leaving me and five other women and teenage girls stranded for the night. Although we received the access information the following day, there was no apology, and they have refused to refund the night we were unable to stay due to their negligence. As of this posting, the property manager has made no attempt to address or resolve the situation.The property itself is exactly as described, but access is not guaranteed—so proceed with caution.

Awesome place

Everything as described. Very convenient location for the Convention Center. Safe, nice neighborhoods... close to a good number of cafes, restaurants, bars, grocery stores.
