Aside from a tiny amount of mold in the shower, it was a great place. Great and safe location, walking distance to nice restaurants. We felt very safe here. Plenty of safe parking on the street for the rental car. I would definitely stay here again!

I have no complains everything was clean it was very quiet a plus is the beach is walking distance food places closed by also a walgreens theres restaurants theres one 24/7 Los Pinos Café amazing food. Another thing that I liked was the communication was very quick. And also another thing that will always stay with me is that the lights went out in the neighborhood the day before we had to check out. I sent a message a response was received very quickly and the staff moved us to another property that was a plus I will recommend this place to any one.

My boyfriend and I stayed here one night before our cruise the following day. It was perfect for our needs. Clean, and in a safe area. Tip: buy small coffee filters to use as none are provided, but there is coffee and machine for use. Our stay was great, thank you!

The stay was good. We had wifi issue first day but other than that the stay was good. Spacious rooms and available street parking in front was a plus. Will return when I return back to PR.

We enjoyed our stay at the location. Communication was great and location was also great. However, we did not enjoy the full cleanliness of the space. The shower had pink mildew which I ended up cleaning myself before using. The space itself had roaches and I had to purchase a can of raid from Walmart and was unable to book anywhere else at last minute, so I had to improvise. Also, we know that Puerto Rico has a water conservation issue at the moment so us running out of water was not a problem for us during our stay. Other than the domesticated bug issue everything else was fine. The room could have been a little bit cleaner, but me being me I went in and did my own additional cleaning. For what it’s worth I will book here again in the future with hope that they will have an exterminator for next time.

Property was fine, area is quiet and clean. Parking space however is very limited due to people parking on that street to go to the beach. My biggest issue was trying to get into the gate every time we left. It was so hard to open and after I checked in I received the wrong code for my apartment, I couldn’t get a hold of anyone after hours. Left several messages and NEVER got a call back, very frustrating, especially after traveling for so long and can’t even check in till after 4. If it wasn’t for one of the workers that stopped by to pick up something I would have never made it inside the apartment. Won’t book here again!

Worked well for one night stay, was clean, comfortable and price was great Nervous about ubering and using the key pads but our driver was so helpful. Note you cannot flush toilet paper which was challenging for my husband and the road is right out front so if quiet is absolutely needed I wouldnt recommend.
