The apartment is clean and decorated very nicely. It is located in a secure building with a guard at the front. The only issue was everything was communicated via messaging. However, the communication was immediate.

Disappointing Stay: Dirty Apartment

This place has nice photos do not let it fool you. The counter has so many little ants and they were all over the apartment. We spilt water on the kitchen floor and wiped it the entire napkin was black. The pullout couch bed was disgusting and the manager was unhappy when we sent them a photo. Hotels.com did not help in getting a refund so we can go to a clean place. We were forced to stay in this place where I just kept thinking is everything that dirty too.

I gave the cleanliness a 3 star due to the apartment not being complete sanitize, the bed sheets wasn’t at it finest nor the blanket to cover up, plus the pillow cases was dirty too.

This was a really good property. Safe area, near so many shops, restaurants and much more. The security at the apartments was kind and accommodating, check in and check out was great also. There were minor things that could be fixed with deep cleaning, such as, spider webs in many places like the snack area in the kitchen, near the back of the bed, and laundry room. We killed many spiders. There was an infestation of ants in the kitchen, we didn’t cook because of it. We purchased raid and sprayed and wiped around the counters. The toilet seat is old and a new one is needed. Those small things can be fixed. This was a very nice apartment and we would stay again when we return to San Juan. Thank you for the hospitality!

Modern, clean and amazing view

This place was pretty great. He was very centrally located. It was very clean and look really nicely decorated. Even though there was not much space for putting our clothes I give these place five stars because of the extra mile the owner took to the credit and put good quality amenities and toiletries. It was a very pleasant day and an amazing view from the apartment.
