Es un lugar para hospedarse, por el corto espacio que requería permanecer en la ciudad de Pasto adecuado y que brinda los requisitos que los viajeros buscamos y que son satisfechos, es necesario que en el desayuno añadan frutas que son indispensables ingerirlas en la mañana por muchos motivos de orden médico.

un hotel bonito pero con instalaciones un poco viejas sin embargo los detalles del lugar lo hacen acogedor deben cuidar el aseo hubo sabanas que no se veian limpias , el personal muy atento

Nuestra estadía fue muy buena, la habitación fue cómoda. Limpia. El desayuno fue bueno pero nos hubiese gustado algo más típico. El estacionamiento para el hotel es un plus.

Experiencia desastrosa

La relacion entre precio, servicio y calidad es absolutamente absurdo. El hotel es un verdadero basurero. Sus sabanas daban asco, las toallas parecían lija, el hotel es viejo y con mal servicio. No vayan en auto porque arriesgan su automóvi en el estacionamiento. As fotos son engañosas por qué no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. Le daría 1/4 de estrella

El hotel da un buen servicio

En general bien. El trato fue muy cortés y con espíritu de ayuda para moverse por la ciudad. El servicio de alimentación a disminuido en calidad frente a un alojamiento anterior hace 2 años.

A pesar de que en la reserva indicaba que era el precio incluido impuestos en el hotel dijeron que no era así y que es un error de hoteles.com y debíamos pagar adicional los impuestos

No me gusto

Horribles los colchones, las camas pequeñas y las cobijas muy ásperas y duras. El desayuno deja mucho que desear, tuvimos que salir a comer algo afuera. Me pareció un hotel muy caro, para lo que es.
