We stayed previously and there was ongoing maintenance so this was a surprise. Balcony is useless as there is no furniture. Not a lot of electrical outlets available and the USB outlets were not working, so if you are a couple with more than two rechargeable devices, good luck. A kitchen but no pans etc. to do anything.
