Upon arrival, I checked the sheets and they had multiple stains, to include what appeared to be dried blood. I went to the front desk ro ask for clean sheets, the guy at the desk didn't like that we had just checked in and we were asking for clean sheets. He said, did you take pictures? I'll call my Manager as if to intimidate me. I told him go ahead and call your Manager, but then proceeded to give me clean sheets and pillow cases. When we brought him the blood stained sheets, he apologized and we suggested they throw them away! We also asked them not to enter our room multiple times and they did NOT honor our request. They said we have to go in to make sure there are no pets, Which we never heard of any place doing this! The room was not clean, dirty floors and it was evident the sheets do not get changed!Poor service, rude front desk people...Save your momey, don't waste it on this DUMP!

I would like my money back our front door did not shut completely when I brought it up to staff they said that they can’t help me . No hot water in the showers and no heat . I need my money back this is not okay also lots of roaches and black widows dirty sheets and no towels

The motel was conveniently located to 101 so made it easy to get around. I understand that it makes for traffic noise though. My room was basic but again I appreciated that as the price less expensive. The cleaning staff were good as the people behind the counter.

I rented a room. The keys didn't work after the fifth attempt of new keys. I had to explain to the lady. It wasn't the keys. It was the lock on the door that wouldn't let me in. She got mad at me and then gave me a room all the way in the back. Or the water only work for about 3 minutes and then ran cold. The water heater was broken. No doubt she did it on purpose, there was plenty of other open rooms.Never stay there again.Staff is horrible

I ordered a queen bed for two people and they gave me a full size. Claimed they didn't have bigger beds, staff was lowkey rude but whatever. room was fine. blood on the wall maybe, but you get what you pay for. it was fine.
