Rooms had missing lights, smoke detectors cigarette burns in sheets, duvet, walls were flithy dirty with lots of holes that had been filled in with putty- need a paint job badly! Furniture was broken, outside door to room was not secure as the security latch was broken. Floor & walls were flithy. No breakfast was available as advertised.

I believe there was a problem with their credit card machine because two of my cards didn't work for the deposit even though I had used them earlier in the day. I even called the credit card companies, and the problem wasn't on their end. As a result, I had to go to a bank to bring cash, and when I returned, there was another customer at the desk whose card wasn't working. The internet also didn't work for the first day, and my towels were laundered but still had a stain. All in all, you get what you pay for; this place was less than half the price of the hotel where the conference I attended was, and I can see why.

We checked in and checked out after we saw the room. The place was not clean at all. There were holes on the walls and patches of paint that’s different color. The carpet did not look like it has seen a vacuum cleaner. The room was nothing like the website pictures.

I dont recommend staying at this hotel!! No breakfast due to remodeling stated by manager. Dirty walls, front door not very secure or safe, bed sheets/ blankets not very clean ,electrical outlets not working. For the price I paid for this hotel room was not acceptable & not in the condition as shown on website pictures. I have paid for & stayed at lower rated hotels than this that were clean & sanitary!! Fore warned!! I do hope the hotel owners will make the necessary minor improvements.

The owner was nice. His name is Andy. But the property had 2 baby roaches in my bathroom. The comforter smelled of under arm pits. Its nosie cones from wierdos across the street at the railroad track druggie and homeless people. Itts so uneasy feeling there. The sheets had holes and stains. The chair was covered in filth of stains. Im over it. I cant return here.

The room was close to the swimming pool, the room needs to be updated the bathtub was dirty and had marks that need to be cleaned AS.A.P. I booked an extra night just because it was close to the family home for the 3 nights nobody came to clean de room o change the towels. No going back.

Filthy, dirty and unsafe.
It was terrible. The room is filthy. The sofa is so dirty that I do not want to seat on. The floor is old and smelly. The worst thing is happen at night. Someone was banging on our door at 1am and 2pm tried to get in to our room. We can not sleep that night because of or safety. We asked for canceling and refund of our booking but the clerk refused to give us a refund for the second night. We decided to leave the property because of our safety. I would not recommend anyone to go here. They advertised to provide free breakfast but when we come they said no breakfast is available.

I booked the room for $244. Then at check-in it was $344. Not happy with booking. The staff was great. And the property is clean and nice. Front desk. Person very nice and accommodating. Bummed it advertised breakfast. But sadly no breakfast.

Hole in the wall, broken tiles in the bathroom, left over shampoo in bathroom from stat before, faucet in bathroom is broken, air conditioner whistles when shutting off, outlets by bed didn’t work ~ needs to finish repairs before renting again. We were exhausted after driving all day & beds were comfy & warm water on shower were the most important factors.

The place actually exceeds our expectation. The room was adequate for what we needed: shower and sleep. Our little boy enjoyed the water pressure from both sink and shower. No sign of pest, but they didn't clear the fridge before our check in.

There was blood stains on the currtain and towels. The blanket had a cigerette burn and weee unclean. The air conditioner was right beside the bed. The chair was greesy had to pht a sheet over it to sit on it. When first entered room there was an unpleasant smell. Was showed 3 rooms and they all had the same smell. There was hair in the sink and tub. There was 5 people in our party and were told one roll of toulet paper on our first night. The room was not clean. Felt like other guests and staff were watching us. There was a trailer park surrounding the building. The pool was closed due to renos and there was no breakfast.

Sheets and pillowcases had stains all over it. Looked as if they weren't changed out. Shower had hair in it, shower curtain was filthy with dirt and something pink all over it, toilet was dirty with black marks, sink ares was dirty with left over toothpaste from previous guest. Desk and dresser broken. Walls in room and bathroom dirty and huge holes. Towels had dirt marks and yellow stains on them, Curtains in the room were broken and did not provide adequate privacy for my family. The few things that were ok was the floor and TV other then that, that property needs alot of work.
