"George who greets you is wonderful I paid you upgrade to new renovated building and room floors dirty daily, common hallways dirty. Got a butler and everything I asked for did not get , ask for wine in room never got Asked for tequila never got . Outlets in bathroom took several trips to fix Very few pool activities at main pool Not enough umbrellas The fish Fry Friday night awful - food cold , flys, gross The Mexican restaurant awful Grill , French and Habachi table good I Will not be coming back"

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, the sushi at the pool was incredible, and the drinks were great. We missed a more personalized experience like we've had at other Cabo hotels...getting to know the staff and having them greet us by name, treats left for the kids in the room, and the warm welcome & farewell. It was a bigger property than we're used to, so that could be some of the reason it lacks a more intimate approach. The interior could use a bit of updating and the pool area seemed cramped. Our kids loved the ocean cove and looking for creatures by the rocks, so having lounge chairs closer to that direction would be so nice! While the beach is deemed swimmable, there are still big waves and heavy undertow at times. We would recommend it to families looking for an affordable vacation in Cabo in comparison to rates of other hotels!"

"We’ve visited Cabo four times now, but this was our first time staying at Marquis Los Cabos. We had an amazing time! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our pool waiter, Eddie, was particularly great. He was always there to make sure we had food and drinks while we lounged by the pool. My sister and I will definitely be back and plan to stay at Marquis Los Cabos again."

"My husband & I stayed at Hotel Colli June 1-5, 2026. The location in proximity to the town square is awesome. From our balcony, we could hear/see the energy of the town but not so loud that we couldn't rest. Various bars/restaurants/shops are in walking distance but the ride to Cabo is only about 30 min. My only complaints are that the sink was located IN the shower in our room. Weird but not terrible. The bed was hard as a rock! I thought this would make for a terrible stay but it actually wasn't too bad. Hotel Colli is definitely worth the money. Staff was"

"Great property. Lovely people. Be ready to spend far more than you budgeted. Hidden fees everywhere and food on-site is very expensive. Nothing is included. However, the cabanas where spectacular, attentive staff, and perfect for relaxation. This is a time share property primarily so they will ask you to sit in that, you can decline. All excursions where planned through outside company. Great $25 beach horse ride from a local. I cannot stress enough to be prepared to spend far more than you budget. Go to the local city market instead and gather food and drink items. No cooking available in rooms."
