"It is a gorgeous property with a beautiful beach and nice, warm pools. The room was great and had an amazing ocean view. Staff was nice and courteous.
However, I was very displeased with 2 things:
1) housekeeping didn't come to clean the room - we had to request several times before we had a cleaning on day 2 but day 3, again no one came.
When we complained about it to a front office employee, the only answer we got was that we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door which was not true as we removed it purposely when leaving the room.
When you pay that much for a resort of that caliber....you expect better cleaning service!
2) The other extremely annoying thing is that they called us at 8am for 2 mornings in a row! Once to ask us if we liked the room and the other to change our spa time.
When you are on vacation and you are woken up so early ....it is not acceptable!"
