"From arrival to departure the staff was helpful and friendly. They let us occupy the room earlier since our flight arrived in the morning. They offered us a courtesy drink during happy hour, the included breakfast had great variety of food. And the food and service at the restaurant on the 8th floor was excellent! Plus the location could not be better. We were closed enough to walk to most attractions. Definitely recommend!"

"Customer service was amazing. Very helpful. First time visitor to Santiago, one of their staff help me navigate to the proper driving access and parking. I thought I would be spending the night in my car, but they were very helpful to figure out where the hotel was located in the confusing tunnel system and central park that Santiago has. Upon check-in, they took care of everything and offered me a hot tea. I was so grateful for their service."
