"booked 2 rooms, first room was ok with a great view but extremely noisy from the restaurant above the hotel. now let me tell you about my parents second room, the room smell like mildew and had mold on the ceiling. also restroom is tiny with low shower pressure. so staff made it right by switching to a bigger cleaner room with bigger shower.. now the new room had several issues also, the luggage stand fell apart, then the shower flooded so bad that the entrance door swell and has hard to closed...
