Super central location with a lovely rooftop bar and restaurant. Has clean rooms with AC. The only downside is the noise levels as it sits right on the square with church bells and street noise.

What a great little gem Tepa has to offer thanks to the Estancia Real hotel. From the receptionist to the housekeeping professionals, we always felt welcomed and well attended to no matter the hour. The rooms were clean, spacious and had amazing views of the central plaza. Can’t wait to be back there! Our new home away from home.

booked 2 rooms, first room was ok with a great view but extremely noisy from the restaurant above the hotel. now let me tell you about my parents second room, the room smell like mildew and had mold on the ceiling. also restroom is tiny with low shower pressure. so staff made it right by switching to a bigger cleaner room with bigger shower.. now the new room had several issues also, the luggage stand fell apart, then the shower flooded so bad that the entrance door swell and has hard to closed the door. also both rooms didn't had a refrigerator. if you want a quiet please to relax this is not the right hotel for you, is extremely noisy due to the traffic. staff are very nice and helpful but... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE... yes, hotel is right in the center of the city but there's better hotels in the city within walking distance I REAPEAT, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT A QUITE ROOM

The hotel was nice however the bathroom and elevator were very small. Also the site said it included parking however we were charged part which was two blocks away.

Osvaldo please get better in your job

Osvaldo a front desk guy was rude since my arrival the throw away my drink then I call to the hotel to see I can speak w one on my my roommates and after I got interviewed he said don't provide that kind of service to transfer a call or let them know someone is on the line . Hotel was kind of noise become on top of my room was a restaurant bar so many nights I couldn't sleep well rooms are tiny and you were not allowed to use their AC less than 21 degrees . Never again booking in that hotel

Estancia placentera con detalles a mejorar

Servicio excelente y amables , limpieza y todo muy bien a excepción de que si te toca en el piso 3, se escucha todo el ruido del restaurante que tienen en terraza hasta tarde, por la mañana la mucama con música a volumen alto que limpia las habitaciones contiguas se escucha todo, no hay buen aislamiento de ruido en la habitación. Tiene vistas hermosas al centro de Tepa.

Este hotel tiene una buena locación ya que está en frente de las dos plazas principales. Hay muchas opciones cercanas para comer y hacer compras. Está en un área bastante transitada, así que hay mucho ruido durante el día y noche. La suite está bastante amplia y fue perfecta para nuestra familia. Esta fue nuestra segunda estancia en este hotel.
