"This place is awesome! The staff were attentive and nice. The room was comfortable and very clean. Rooms were cleaned every day if you wanted. Breakfast was very plentiful with a ton of variety. Close to everything you would need and next to the beach. Plenty of sun loungers and the pool and grounds always clean. Not one complaint with our stay and will definitely recommend. "Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, especially ‘The Retreat’ if you’re travelling as adults only. Our pool was generally very quiet and the service poolside was great - the tapas for lunch at Mirador was also a lovely addition, again with great staff and service. The little touches in our room for birthdays and our wedding anniversary was so nice, plus at our evening meals. Thank you again to all of the wonderful staff for making this such a memorable trip! "I did not like the tv remote.....did not work well and there were no instructions regarding the air conditioning. For example, when patio door was open the air conditioning was turned off. "

"Fantastic holiday. Complex clean, staff all friendly and plenty of restaurants within a max 20 min walk away. We stayed 12 days and didn’t eat at the same place twice. We managed the walk to los abrigos in 15 minutes with a 7&10 year old. We used taxis for beach days, water park and money world. Our 2 bedroom apartment was immaculate and plenty of space. 2 bathrooms, aircon throughout and a lovely sea view. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and already looking at next year! "
