"Small place, very clean, quiet, and affordable. Also very convenient to all of Rome - right on the metro line - without being in a touristy area. Proprietors kind and helpful. Only down side is hard bed and pillows. Also, there is an elevator, but you will still need to carry bags up and down a few steps. Would stay again."

They provided a local map and detailed shortcuts that could get us to the main sights (Colosseum, Forum, Palantine) within 15 minutes via a pleasant walk. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast included boiled egg and was just what we wanted. We would recommend this hotel."

"It was great to find out there was a street full of cafes just behind the hotel. Staff were great all around and the room was ver spacious for a good price. Only downside is that is a bit far from the main sites you will want to visit but the bus stop is just across the street from the hotel."

The website also states it has laundry facilities, which is misleading because it does not nor so they actually provide laundry service. They outsource dry-cleaning but don’t advertise that in the fine print. It hard to get around in the area and the public transportation were all on strike so prepare...

"This place was great, and Amadeo is one of the most engaging hosts I've met. The B&B is also close to the Re di Roma metro station, making getting around quite easy. A couple of things: when you arrive, there's really nothing to tell you you've arrived - the B&B is in what looks like a large apartment building, so just look at the buzzer list outside and buzz in. "The staff is outstanding…kind, professional and responsive. The rooms are comfortable. Only 2 minor issues…I like having an outlet available next to a bed to plug my phone in. There is one on the desk and one in the bathroom. Also, I suppose this is true for all hotels in Rome…we were there at the beginning of May and it was starting to get warm. I did not know that the country does not allow them to turn air conditioning on so early. I would stay here again for sure. I loved the neighborhood....
