The owner and staff at the hotel were very friendly and helped me find transportation. I visited for a ski trip at the end of the year and had booked two hotels, so I needed a ride from one to the other. I knew it wouldn’t be easy, but it turned out to be much harder than I expected! Since it was the end of the year and taxis aren’t the main mode of transportation in the Dolomites, I struggled to reach any taxi companies. However, the owner and staff went above and beyond to help me. They kept calling different taxi companies, speaking in Italian over and over, and after five or six tries, they finally found a ride for me! I truly appreciate their effort and kindness.

Hotel comodo in centro a Pozza

Il Monzoni è un hotel in pieno centro a Pozza di Fassa, comodissimo per raggiungere le varie attrazioni del posto in pochi passi. Pulito, con camere piccole ma confortevoli, unica pecca ma solp per la mia disabilità la nostra camera era accessibile tramite due rampe di scale, avrei dovuto chiedere il cambio stanza, ma lo farò la prossima volta senza dubbio se dovesse capitare. La colazione completa di tutto era ottima. Noi ci siamo trovate bene , torneremo sicuramente quando torneremo a Pozza.

Magnifique séjour dans les Dolomites!

Nous avons été profondément touchés par la gentillesse et l’accueil exceptionnel du personnel de l’hôtel. Tant à la réception que de la part du directeur, nous avons rencontré une équipe d’une grande disponibilité et d’une remarquable flexibilité, qui a tout mis en œuvre pour répondre à nos demandes de dernière minute, et ce malgré la haute saison. Nous ne pouvons donc que chaleureusement recommander cet établissement, non seulement pour la qualité irréprochable de son service et la propreté des chambres, mais aussi pour ses tarifs attractifs et son délicieux buffet de petit-déjeuner. Son emplacement est par ailleurs idéal, notamment pour la randonnée mais aussi pour profiter des bains thermaux situés à proximité. Merci à la team Monzoni!

Sentralt beliggenede hotell med enkel standard. Veldig små rom med enkel Alpestandard og trangt bad. Hotellet ligger langs hovedveien så det er mye støy og det er veldig lytt mellom rommene og gangen. Så ikke regn med å sove lenge.

Utmärkt

Hotell är superfint och har ett jättebra läge. Vår bokning var borta när vi skulle checka in men hotellet hjälpte oss och ordnade ett annat rum. Frukosten är helt klart godkänd. Vi kommer vilja bo här igen utan tvekan.

La struttura in sé non è male, il rapporto qualità prezzo è deludente. Ottima pulizia, struttura appena ristrutturata. Mancanza di parcheggio, e spazi angusti nei bagni non valgono euro 120 a notte. La colazione discreta, con alcuni piccoli disservizi. È un tre stelle che forse dovrebbe essere due stelle.

Questo, in particolare, è un mestiere che non si improvvisa. Riscaldamenti spenti, colazione disorganizzata (ho dovuto aspettare in piedi 10 minuti per scoprire che non c'era alternativa al latte vaccino), empatia e cortesia delle addette alla reception sotto il minimo sindacale. Aggiungo che il parcheggio consiste in pochi posto auto e l'alternativa è cercare un posto in parcheggio pubblico a 300 metri buoni; ci può stare ma non è il massimo. Posizione scomoda, proprio sulla statale. Un elogio al personale di camera, gentile e attento.

Piano bar fino a mezzanotte

Sono stato una settimana a luglio in una doppia uso singola. La stanza è stata appena rinnovata, ma sembra sia stato fatto in fretta e furia, alcuni dettagli lo indicano (chiodo sporgente sotto uno specchio, cestino in bagno senza coperchio, guarnizione della finestra che salta via ecc.). Questo però non è un problema. Oltretutto, la camera è pulita e spaziosa, la colazione inclusa soddisfacente, il personale cortese. Il grosso problema, per cui sconsiglio di soggiornare in questo hotel, è il piano bar dopo cena TUTTE LE SERE fino alle 23.30-24 dentro il ristorante dell’albergo, con le camere sopra e sotto. L’avessi saputo me ne sarei guardato bene di prenotare qui.

La doccia troppo piccola, mio marito non ci entrava e io facevo fatica. Il gestore non si è impegnato a redarguire i nostri vicini di camera che fumavano in stanza e il fumo entrava nella nostra stanza in quanto l'aspiratore del bagno era il medesimo. La colazione scarsa, con poca varietà e assenza di prodotti per intolleranze alimentari. Parcheggio distante 5 minuti a piedi( per fortuna gratis) quando nell'annuncio dicono che ci sia.

Tutto perfetto

Il soggiorno è stato superiore a qualsiasi aspettativa. Le camere sono nuovissime, essenziali, ma comode e pulitissime. Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione e la cena è sempre stata di ottimo livello. Il personale è gentile e sempre molto carino, con una menzione speciale per la signora Ilaria del servizio colazione/cena. Assolutamente consigliato

Posizione ottima per raggiungere in paese negozi, ristoranti etc. Accoglienza in reception ottima, complimenti e grazie per la disponibilità e cortesia !! Camera comoda e spaziosa, colazione e cena accettabili, pochi piatti tipici; pur comprendendo i disagi dovuti al Covid che impongono ritmi di lavoro non semplici avremmo gradito più attenzione nel servizio e qualche sorriso in più da parte del personale in sala. Mi è stato assegnato un loculo, fortunatamente la camera era starava ristrutturata da poco, il soffione della doccia era alto1,85 cm, Non riuscivo a farmi il bidè o andare in bagno perché sbattevo al vetro della doccia, l’architetto deve aver sbagliato le misure. Pensavo di soggiornare alle Dolomiti con vista monti o verde della campagna dolomitica invece la mia finestra “non ristrutturata” affacciava sul ballatoio di altre camere. Visto che il mio soggiorno durava 7 giorni ho chiesto una sistemazione migliore, risposta negativa neanche un accenno di comprensione del tipo... tra pochi giorni mi si libera una stanza migliore.....mi chiedo ...forse perché ho prenotato con Expedia ho ricevuto questo trattamento? Vi consiglio di verificare le strutture prima di metterle nel vostro catalogo.... grande delusione, per fortuna le meraviglie della Val di Fassa hanno positivamente annullato là negatività che ogni mattina io e mia moglie avevamo uscendo dal loculo senza neanche sapere com’era il tempo....Le vacanze sono una cosa sacra !!!
