"Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. "

"I won’t stay there any more. Linen were wornout, towels were discolored, mosquitos & ants all over the room, defective shower, toilet was clogged & after declogging it goes back to slow drain again. It’s way below my expectation. I don’t why you are doing business with this kind of property. "

"Mr. Davidson was very great host . He goes over and beyond to make our stay as great as possible. The house is so spacious and clean. The restaurant downstairs is one of the beat attribute of this place. Great food and very nice chefs!!
We will definitely coming back to this and I already telling my friends to use it when they are in Bauang"
