Suppose to be a 5 stars hotel, but services provided, doesn’t support that; All times I went out of the hotel, or came in, there was NEVER a bellboy at the entrance, to help with the luggage. On the day of my arrival, I had to take out my heavy suitcase from the taxi’s trunk by myself, since there is no one out there to help you. If by coincidence they notice you from within the hotel, they would come to help, but in most cases, it is too late…
Executive lounge is nice. One day everything was fine, the other day, they forgot to put spoons and tools, in order that you will be able to take some food from the display. Even after I told them, they took out some, but still some of the dishes were missing those spoons.
Has to be a regular manual, that they go by, to control the quality of all regular operations.
No envelopes or papers in the room, a standard in 5 star hotels.
Other than that, it was quite nice.

Great place to stay, the rooms overlooking the ocean are very nice. The room was spacious and very clean, bed was very comfortable. The staff throughout the resort are all very kind.

Staff was great. Issues are Dirty bathroom, Toilet does not flush, Loss of runing water, Loss of wifi, Construction noise thru out the morning and night. Will not visit again or refer anyone to visit.
