Villa Las Bancas is a DIFFERENT place, SURROUNDED (literally) by NATURE where you will hear and see Birds of all kinds, colors and sizes. A personal paradise to get away from everything and everyone, where you can have the beach just for you, and where despite being surrounded by nature, you will have an exquisite personalized service. Our staff with Chef, Bartender/Waiter, concierge and housekeeper will make you enjoy a TRUE HOLIDAY in PARADISE!
-The property is completely surrounded by the nature with the mountains and 300m of beach in front of the house. During your stay you will be able to discover an exquisite diversity of flowers and animals.
As the property is located in the middle of an environment like this, the villa can be affected by natural events, consequently, a daily cleaning and maintenance service is carried out to keep all the rooms and areas of the property in an optimal state.
-To go into Villa Las Bancas you will need a vehicle, since it is a long stretch of approximately 10-12 minutes entering through the town of San Pancho. Passing through the town, access to the Villa is through dirt roads crossing the mountain. Within the property there is parking space for up to 5 vehicles.
But no worries if you are not bringing a vehicle with you because concierge can organize pick ups for you and your group (from and to airport as surroundings).
-Note: please consider that Villa Las Bancas is literally a paradise to connect with nature and disconnect from the city noise. As the property is between the mountains there is NO signal for cell phones, and even with WIFI in the main studio, it does not reach all the rooms of the property and the signal tends to be lost from time to time, due to incidents beyond human control (branches, animals and others)
It is worth mentioning that it is possible to bump into some little animals in the rooms, in case of discomfort, the STAFF (during their working hours) will returning them to their natural area.
