"There are simply not enough good things to say about this hotel. Wonderful location in the heart of beautiful Perugia. Lorenzo, Stefano and the lovely young woman at the front desk make up one of the hardest working, most pleasant and professional staffs in all of Italy. The hotel is so clean it sparkles and both the housekeeping staff and catering staff went above and beyond every day of our stay. We loved our time here at Locanda and we look forward to returning. "Fantastic place This was the beautiful view outside of the master window and artist display on the walls were fascinating . I loved the eclectic feeling in the house. It was exceptional dealing with owner and the instructions for check in were easy. anytime I had to get a hold of the owner with a question they responded right away. There were 29 steps to get to the apartment but there were hand rails to make it easier. The only complaint is the overhead light used for the steps was an automatic light that didn't stay on long enough to reach the next level of stairs.I would recommend this wonderful apartment visiting Perugia. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very lovely, conveniently located apartment just out side the historic center of Perugia. The apartment is very modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Owner Daniela was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood and was a short walk from the restaurants and shops of the city center. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for navigating the hilly streets of Perugia, which is a gem of a city. We would gladly stay at this apartment during a future visit. "
