"I absolutely loved the Primavera! The location is perfect with an easy walk to everything… I had a lovely room with a beautiful view over the rooftops of the town. Super clean and charming. The staff there were so kind and helpful, especially Chiara. Who spent way more time than she had to helping me find train routes to small towns outside of the city on numerous occasions. She couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Do not hesitate to book this mini hotel. The value that you will be getting cannot be beat."
"Fantastic place This was the beautiful view outside of the master window and artist display on the walls were fascinating . I loved the eclectic feeling in the house. It was exceptional dealing with owner and the instructions for check in were easy. anytime I had to get a hold of the owner with a question they responded right away. There were 29 steps to get to the apartment but there were hand rails to make it easier. The only complaint is the overhead light used for the steps was an automatic light that didn't stay on long enough to reach the next level of stairs.I would recommend this wonderful apartment visiting Perugia. "We felt welcome here, from the minute we walked in, till checkout. Front desk staff seemed to be sincerely pleased with our stay. Lots of smiles, good advice, overall a success. Very good room, spacey, enough light, quiet with a good bathroom. The breakfast buffet was a delight with lots of choices and very friendly breakfast room attendant. Right next to the old town. You can take a taxi from the train station or the mini-metro for the more adventurous. Highly recommended.

"A beautiful hotel with exceptional service. We really enjoyed all aspects of your hotel. We took advantage of the pool and sauna. Our traveling bodies needed the extra care. "
"Well maintained, modern hotel reasonably close to the city centre and convenient for the train station. Breakfast was very good, although some more hot food options would have been nice. Service was good and value for money was excellent."
