"Hotel looked great upon arrival. After check in we noticed the phone inside the room was not working. Next no Internet wifi was available. Contacted front desk which brought a portable wifi unit which also did not work. Front desk tried to double charge us at check in. Next we went to the hotel cafa, only to learn more then half the items listed on menu were not available. The roof side pool was closed due to green water because they did not have chemicals onsite to treat it. Finally, the staff has to turn on the water fall each day and also comes around 6pm to shut it off. My wife and I were very disappointed. The items they share on the website were not available or not operational when we stayed. "

"The rooms is super clean and the room is huge. The bathroom is not so renovated but its clean and full of toiletries. Everything you may need is there. Its close to everything mall, transportation. The front desk were so accomodating and the staff were so nice. "

"Everything about about the ABC Hotel was first class American standards starting with the welcome shot courteous staff, great smiles, small chit, chat the cleanliness of the rooms the quality of the filet mignon cook perfectly the way I ask for it.
