"We enjoyed a fabulous few days at this hotel. All the rooms have a massive balcony with loungers and fabulous views. It was great after a morning walk to sun bath on the balcony. We ate in the restaurant once and the food was excellent. All the staff were super friendly. If there was a complaint it would be that it took 3 lifts to get to our room. Being fit this was not an issue walking up a very steep hill. Would definitely go back."

"Lovely hotel experience, very premium experience in a nice location. The breakfast was well worth it and the pool area had plenty of seating (though I'd still recommend going early to get seats). The spa was also very worth the price. My main concern is that the Preferred Club breakfast was not worth the extra cost. The breakfast in the main area was better than the a la carte option. Though the nice part of the preferred club was the separate cabanas and afternoon snacks/booze. I would stay here again, staff made everything possible to give us a good experience. Letting us stay extra hours because of our flight being later in day"

"Room was really clean, basic ammenities for self catering included. The only let down was breakfast not having a great cooked meats selection, but cant complain for free. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Would visit again."

"The renovations and decor look good but it feels unfinished as there is still areas where touch ups are needed or refurbishments haven’t taken place, the elevator needs attention as has smashed lights etc in. The food is really poor considering it is a 4* hotel. You couldn’t even cut through the bacon it was so tough a dry at the breakfast and the buffet is very very small with limited options. The options and menu’s could also be made clearer, there’s not much direction as to what’s included with which board basis"

"Long story short. One staff member with curly hair was rude and judgemental due to us being two young lads. We were asked to leave reception on the first day due to me slightly laying down on one of the sofas while we waited to go to the airport. We were asked by her to go outside, yet 2 females,( doing the exact same thing) were not asked to moved. However, totally left to themselves and not bothered at all. I have never ever gone out of my way to make a review but she really did make us feel uncomfortable. Other than this the hotel was decent with decent pool and room with big balcony. No air con for some reason, yet a ceiling fan was present. Nice bakery within hotel. Positioned at other side of the motorway and a lot of uphill walking back to the hotel, scooters had to be used everyday due to this."

"The villa was amazing & had everything you could possibly need & more. It was very clean & comfortable. The host was great, kept in contact prior to our stay & replied promptly to any questions we had. Wim the contact on site was also excellent. He was there to meet us when we arrived & showed us around & was very helpful during our stay. Everything went smoothly during our stay & we had an amazing holiday. We will definitely be returning. Would highly recommend."
