"Fabulous hotel. Clean and staff were extremely nice . So close to both main area of Costa adeje and PDLA. Food with all inclusive was fantastic for all meals with a great variety to choose from . All food finishes at 9 which is a bit disappointing as we were rushed to eat when we first arrived but at least we got something. 2 negatives however lifts are extremely poor, waiting ages on them so if your above floor 2 it's a nightmare to get to the pool area. The heated pool is very deep and shallow pool was extremely cold. Only small area for younger children and adults that can't swim to play in. Overall a brilliant my hotel would recommend to families"

"Fantastic location of hotel. Staff were amazing with me when I arrived as was upset, they reassured me gave me a glass of fizz and even upgraded my room . Maids were good. Everyone was friendly in hotel. Mainly couples hotel . Couldn’t fault them would definately stay again given location too was great "

"This is a great location if you want to be close to the action but removed from the chaos. The front desk staff were excellent, until we tried to book extra days, where the price went up and was more expensive than Dreams Jardin, which we went to and was a definite step up in every aspect. The room that was provided had a mini kitchen that was nice, but we never used. The view was of a white wall, so we tried to change rooms and nothing was available. There are rooms with excellent views and others with terrible views. Overall an ok property, but better ones are are available elsewhere for a better price!"

"Our first apartment was roomy but dated, was glad to be all inclusive because we only had two hobs to feed us. The room was very dark and dismal due to the locality of the room but after I explained I felt claustrophobic the manager let us change rooms a couple of days later. The entertainment during the day was rubbish, nowhere for the kids to play and I can only think they must be short staffed, from bar to outside activities, there are long waits at the bar and no imagination for fun stuff around the pool and nightlife. It’s an absolute must to get up before the sun does to get a sun lounger and parasols are minimal, ie 1 for the lifeguard! We were told all inclusive starts at 8am and finishes at 11pm, but this is not true, we had to eat out on more than one occasion because they would rather feed staff than guests but I suppose that’s not such a bad thing 🤔 , so that’s what moves me on to location, can’t fault it. Free buses and paying fare bus just right outside the hotel , minutes from shops restaurants and the beach."
