Because I couldn’t climb the stairs because of my disability I could stay there. I contacted hotels.com and advised of my situation, they told TO BAD and they won’t refund me! "

"The hotel looks really run down and I felt I've been overcharged for it. Our room is outside reception, behind a bar. On our first night, people were playing pool, too noisy. On our second night, which is a Friday, a band played all night and the noise carried on until 5am. "

"Toilet seat missing, fighting roaches whole times, sink didnt work, walls thin hear everything, beds uncomfortable, No AirCon just fan, only one power outlet all the way by door, staff not overly friendly and i could do on but it was bad experiences. I endure 5-6hrs before i left."
