Great Staff and Convenient Location, but Noise Can Be an Issue
Overall, we had a good stay at Kojo Hotel. The staff were excellent—very polite, friendly, and accommodating. We truly appreciated their attentiveness, especially when they arranged to transfer us to a different room after we reported the noise. The hotel is also conveniently located, with plenty of establishments nearby.
Unfortunately, noise was a significant downside. We could hear karaoke late into the night, as well as the bass from a nearby nightclub. Moving to another room did make a noticeable difference, and we appreciated the staff’s efforts to help, but the nightclub’s bass was still audible.
Overall, the excellent service and convenient location were definite highlights, but guests who are sensitive to noise or light sleepers may want to take this into consideration when booking.
