San Diego Yacht Club Tours and Activities

I really enjoyed my two-night stay at The Welk. My grandkids enjoyed our spacious two-bedroom villa on the golf course. The pool area with the large slide was perfect for keeping them busy most of the day. This place has one of the best fitness centers I've ever seen, and the atmosphere is serene and friendly. I can't wait to go back. I look forward to learning about their vacation/timeshare options upon my next visit. I didn't have time to squeeze it in this time around. If you're looking for a quick, quiet, and beautiful getaway that won't break the bank, then book a visit to The Welk!

The first room I had offered a lovely view of the marina and was very soothing and peaceful. The bathroom had some damage to the tub, but otherwise the room was nice. The next room was ground floor overlooking the bay, but the road noise, parking lot noise, and upstairs visitors jumping on the floor made it less desirable and I didn’t sleep well at all. If you stay, request second floor overlooking the marina. Not worth the money spent. Also, parking is $24/night.
