Hyatt Vacation Club at The Welk, San Diego Area
could not get hold of anyone at the front desk. The pack & play delivered to our room was filthy and had vomit and many stains. We arrived late and couldn't get a hold of anyone to replace it. Gave us each an 8oz bottle of water then couldn't have anymore accommodated.
