  • This fully modern beach condo sits at the very tip of Mission Beach, steps from both the ocean and the bay side beaches. Truly one of the most beautiful and fun spots in San Diego. BBQ and hot tub on the common porch. Sauna on the lower level. HBO, and internet included. Off street parking in front. Double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two comfortably, or which can fit three kids in a pinch. Take one of the included bikes down the boardwalk to Belmont park, the roller coaster, and lots more fun. Step off into the quiet end of the beach and enjoy playing in the surf with one of our boogie boards, or invent your own beach fun in lots of other ways. Ten min to SeaWorld San Diego.

Parking: Your spot is marked as #3 (kind of looks like 33 due to re-painting). There are large parking lots across the street in either direction for the bay and ocean side ends of the beach.
Extra sheets, blankets, and towels are in the closet just outside the bedroom. If you use blankets or bedding, please leave it out or on the floor when you leave and do not return it to the closet.
Maid will clean and take out the trash. When you are done with your stay, please just put the key back in the box and you are good to go

Absolutely fabulous! Great host, helpful and informative in just the right amount. Neighbors are kind and friendly, even to renters. Fantastic location with great views and beautiful walks along the beach. The apartment has everything you need. Zero complaints, can't wait to come back again.

Cute little place with a great View.

We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. And the walk to the beach and to the parks was easy. Hot tub was great. We would definitely stay again.

This 1 bedroom with a pull out couch was perfect for the 2 of us! The location was great as we could walk along Mission beach. We loved having the bikes available to take bike rides.

Good location

We love mission beach and this was a great little place to stay where we could walk along the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Parks are close by and it was convenient to all the areas in San Diego we wanted to visit.

Great location

We enjoyed the location, between the beach and the bay could enjoy waves for adults and calm shallow waters for the kids. Wasnt far to travel for any attractions, clean and friendly environment. We saw dolphins, sea lions and rays every morning. Neighbor's were friendly and inviting. Great time overall.

Great location, but be aware San Diego airport passenger planes fly right over beginning 6am! Place has everything you need but needs some upgrade or TLC. Owner very responsive to our needs. Amazing breakfast spots just down the street & easy access to both bayside & Ovean beaches!

Nice and cozy!

The place has nice access to beach and local restaurants. Walking distance to the beach and breakfast spots. No need to drive anywhere. Recommend guests bring Soap and shampoo along with your usb brick to charge your mobile device.

Great location!

Lovely view of the channel from front patio, 3 minute walk to Mission Beach and incredible sunsets, hottub was relaxing and clean, bed was comfy, host was very responsive, and free bike use was a great perk. There was a fair amount of traffic on the shared front patio, but everyone was quiet and respectful... it just wasn't super private if that is what you are looking for.

The unit was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Two comments. The kitchen faucet is very loose & needs fixing. We had a nice view of the canal from the unit but not an ocean view.

Perfect location, great condo

The location couldn’t be better! We walked to the beach every day. The condo had everything we needed, including a full kitchen that made it easy to cook and eat in. The hot tub was a plus. Robert was very responsive. We happened to be there during the huge rainstorm and flooding in late January. Robert checked in to make sure we were ok and ask if we needed anything. We will for sure stay here again if we come back to San Diego!

Perfect getaway

We had a great stay. The location was perfect for our little family of 3. Very close to everything. Walking distance to the beach, park & belmont park. Close to airport, Sea World, Zoo & Legoland. This was the perfect little condo for us. All the neighbors were nice & friendly, nice location. Felt very safe. Owner was excellent in communication with us. Always very quick to respond. The only con I would say is that the condo is close to the airport, so it is pretty loud at night. We got use to it after few nights.

Wonderful

I would love to stay here again because we had so much fun. The units location is prime. The price is perfect. The bikes are a bonus that we enjoyed so much. It was just two of us and we slept in the room and out on the couch bed too so we could watch tv. Both are comfortable and the unit is a cool comfortable temperature in April without using the heater at all. We loved our stay here. I felt the property owner’s instructions were very clear and I did not encounter any problems during our stay. It was wonderful.

It was a good room - closer to the beach. If you are staying with kids and having plans to cook, please make sure carry your own stuff as the items we found had expired (best before date had expired).
