San Diego Fun: Jacuzzi-Golf-PoolTable-GmRm!

The SD Chill House has anything you could ever need in an AirBnb! We provide a relaxing, luxurious stay without forgetting the FUN. Relax indoors with the AC on blast on comfortable beds and premium sheets, or outside in our huge backyard under the sun or our heated patio with a BBQ grill! Soak in the jacuzzi, play darts, ping pong, corn hole, billiards, or challenge a friend to a putting contest. Need room for more than 8 friends? Message me about renting our 1bed 1bath Tiny House!

Sleep arrangements: This 3 bedroom 1 bath house in Clairemont has 3 custom bed frames with high end mattresses, premium Egyptian cotton sheets, and a custom, gel mattress Pull-Out Sofa Bed if you need a 4th bed. We also provide a premium air mattress and extra sheets and pillows if you need a 5th bed. I always hate when hotels and AirBnb's have uncomfortable beds, so I made sure that each bed is high quality and comfortable.

The Home: This charming Clairemont house has tile floors and the rooms have brand new vinyl wood floors. The house is cooled and heated with a 2021 installed HVAC, and has a Nest smart thermostat in the living room that can be adjusted with a simple movement. Each closet has 10 hangers, extra storage above the closet, and a simple clothes drawer for longer stays. The closet in the hallway has small beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a Pack n' Play for infants, 2 volleyballs, an iron and ironing board, cornhole, and extra sheets, pillows, and towels if needed.

Activities and Amenities: We have a Kettler Ping Pong table, a 2021 Hot Springs Jacuzzi (fits 6-8 people), a dartboard, a nice pool table (not from Amazon), a custom putting green with putters and golf balls, and a Nintendo Switch in the living room! Our outdoor space also includes a BBQ, a natural gas powered outdoor heater, and outdoor lounge couches with a propane fire pit. Message me if you have any questions or if you need anything at all! Our tiny home is tucked away and we hardly ever interact or see our guests.

IF YOU NEED A STAY FOR 9+ PEOPLE: My wife and I live in the Tiny House in the backyard (see photos). We have and are continuing to host additional guests in our home, for anywhere from $200-300 a night. It is brand new, luxury tiny house with a Helix sleep mattress, leather couches, expansive bathroom, espresso machine, and more.

Events: If you would like to have an event, we do charge a small fee to compensate for noise/neighbor issues and insurance. Please reach out to me about our rates!

MEDIA COMMENT (November 9th 2022): Recently, Short Term Rentals have been receiving a lot of negative media attention, specifically in regards to high cleaning fees and ridiculous check-out requirements. We have one of the lowest cleaning fees in San Diego since we pay our cleaners directly and hourly. When checking-out at my home, please do NOT wash any dishes or make/strip the beds. You are on vacation, you should not have to do any chores, and paid a cleaning fee for a reason! Please let me know if you have any other questions, thank you!
