Pets may be allowed if the pet has been approved by Management and a nonrefundable Pet Fee has been paid. Fee will be added to reservation total before confirming. Pet Fee: $40/Night, $250/Wk or $300/Month (Per Pet).

This unit has a 30 Day Minimum due to HOA regulations.

This is a NON-SMOKING home. This includes patios, decks and outside areas.

This home is located in a quiet building and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 4 people. You may not exceed that at any time and will be strictly enforced.

For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated if they are prone to check, bark or are not house broken. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. Any damage caused by your pet is not covered under your damage insurance. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.

Pet Fee: $450/Month - for longer stays, please inquire about flat rates.

Point Loma lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.

All guests must abide by the CCR's during their stay.. Those Rules and Regulations will be provided to you when you arrive.
