This newly renovated upstairs beach unit with free parking space is located just steps from the ocean and is a 5 min walk to Belmont Amusement Park, restaurants and nightlife (also a short drive to Petco Park, La Jolla, world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and Sea World). We provide everything you may need for your vacation! Perfect for families guys/girls weekend away. BBQ, deck with a view, as well as boogie boards, sand toys, and beach chairs. Amazing place to stay

I would absolutely recommend this place, and will stay again next time I'm in San Diego. It's clean, neat, spacious and the location is amazing. We especially appreciated the proximity to the beach and my 4 year old loved all the games and beach toys provided. Everything about it felt easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Spring Break Trip

The house was perfect for what we needed! The backroom was great for all the kids to stay in, and they used it as their hideaway. The location couldn't have been better we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Amazing staycation

This property was beyond our expectations. It accommodated our family very well. Communication was top-notch. Very proactive in communicating details before our stay, during and after. The interior was well upgraded, very clean and equipped with everything we needed from cooking to entertaining. And the location was perfect being steps to the sand and a short walk to Belmont Park. Great location!

The home was very clean and inviting! We did a girls trip for a friends birthday and this location was very close to the beach and just a short walk to some restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Less than a minute to the beach!

Clean house with plenty of room, quiet neighborhood, walk to the beach and restaurants, shops, Belmont Park! We stayed with a 2 year old, 7 year old, and 2 couples. Highly recommend!

This location was perfect for a group of 7 moms. It was clean, comfortable and a great location to the beach, restaurants and even the Catamaran Resort with a lovely spa. The kitchen was well stocked, the management was friendly, responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay in San Diego at this rental. The location was perfect, and the view from the top balcony was amazing. We rented the top unit and our friends rented the bottom, giving us privacy but still allowing us to be together - the outdoor patio area was so nice. The kitchen was fairly well-appointed. I wish there were at least one King bed - but the beds were very comfortable, and the unit was super clean. We would definitely love to rent here again!

Beach Stay

Fun little weekend get away with friends by the beach! We always struggle to ensure we get a little beach time in (no matter the time of the year). The Nantucket property was PERFECT for our needs. Nice cozy home tucked right next to the beach. The host was very accommodating with questions/early check in and late check out. Looking forward to our next stay! 10/10 would stay again :)

Great location and beautiful place

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfection. Steps from the beach, beautiful views and a very short walk to amazing restaurants. The place was just as described and the host was very gracious. The only drawback was that it does have air traffic above, however, it can be managed by closing windows at night and being prepared with sound machines or earplugs. It was very well stocked and very usable. Overall we enjoyed our time here.

Perfect location close to beach, shops, roller coaster etc. Spacious house with everything you need to cook, etc. nice bonus to have pack and play, laundry in unit, beach toys and BBQ. Only down side was downstairs unit could hear our kids running and playing in our upstairs unit, had to keep the extra quiet.

Clean, great location

Our mid-Sept stay was for a business trip but with the beach mere steps away it was a wonderful summer extender. The air conditioning was very much appreciated and needed. And we greatly improved our precision parking skills - our advice is to bring a car no bigger than a small suv. A VW Tiguan was a hand-in-glove fit. Parking is wonderfully convenient but tight. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Comfortable home

Our family stayed here August/2023. Once we walked in, the home was very clean and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed to make all meals. The beds were so comfortable. We were steps away from the beach. Communication was fast and easy. Words cannot express how happy we were with this rental. We hope to come back next year.

AMAZING PLACE! GREAT HOST! WILL BE BACK!

This property is by far one of the best VRBO properties we've had the opportunity to have. Beyond grateful for everything from the check in and welcoming to the property as well as the owner's blessing of being so present and responsive. The property is in South Mission Mission, right by the beach (literally 50 ft). I'm from California and spent my college years in this area and I loved this property and felt home sick. Location Location Location

Mission Beach in San Diego is a lively place with lots to do and see. Erin and Alfred’s house is only a block from the beach and a miles long boardwalk that we walked every morning. The sandy beach seemed endless and the 3 grandchildren loved playing in the sand and in the water, even though it was the end of November. Kitchen was well stocked with implements. But the owners were really STARS! Communication with them was fast and they worked to make our stay everything we wanted. I can’t rate them highly enough.
