Steps to the water on both sides!! Mango Tango

Very small (under 400 sq ft) & cozy 1 bedroom located in the heart of San Diego's most famous beach community. Just steps to Mission Bay, the beach, the Boardwalk and Belmont Park, Only 1.5 blocks to the beach, and only two doors from the Bay! Only has 1 queen bed and a very small sofa for a small child.

Please note, this is literally the center of Mission Beach, less than a block from Belmont Park, which is great, but expect a lot of people, noise and traffic congestion especially during spring & summer.

This home is a tastefully designed one-bedroom with a full kitchen that can sleep three. Our beach apt features a queen-sized bed and couch. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, and amenities include free Wi-Fi, and Apple TV. Unfortunately there is NO PARKING.

Photos were taken in 2015. Please expect normal wear and tear over that time period. Furniture and furnishings may be different than pictured as items are replaced and updated.

Accessible to everything-cute breakfast place right next door. Close to mission beach-so nice that I had access to chair and umbrella for the beach! I love to walk/run so this was perfect for me!

Good location and clean. We did not end up staying and got a hotel and ended up eating the cost because of no AC and the windows didn't open. We didn't want to leave the patio door open because it on high pedestrian traffic street. The unit would benefit from AC particularly during the summer months.

30th bday getaway!!

What an amazing stay we had for my 30th birthday! Very centralized location, so everything was easy to get to! Only one block walk from the beach!!! We had everytbing we needed for the week that we were in San Diego! Would definitely recommend this place to stay!!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was clean. There were plenty towels, shampoo and soap. We were a little caught off about NO A/C but thankfully it wasn't unbearable. .fansanthere were 2 fans available.

Just what we wanted!

This place was a perfect location for us to walk anywhere we needed, bike rentals next door that we took all the way up to La Jolla. So many bars/restaurants and cool places to go. San Diego zoo not a far cab ride either. We loved it!! Definitely coming back.

Honeymoon Getaway

I rented this property for my daughter's honeymoon. Drew was fantastic to work with and was prompt with returning any correspondence. The property is in a great location. Close to beaches, food and entertainment. My daughter and her new husband had a great time exploring the area and enjoying the week together.

Great location, great stay.

I came to Drew's place by myself and stayed for 4 days. Overall the place is great! Amazing location. Everything you would need is right there. The place was clean and comfortable. The only negative i would say is the walls are thin and you can hear the people upstairs walking around but I sleep like a rock and it didnt bother me.

Excellent for enjoying the beach

The property was super cute and functional for the size, perfect place to walk to Belmont park and the surrounding area with your loved one. Parking does suck but doable with a little patience. It's definitely a bustling corner but once it was Netflix & chill time, you couldn't hear the nightlife. We would absolutely stay again!

Here for work

Stayed here one week. Clean, very nice accommodations. I could hear the neighbors upstairs walking around and opening doors while I was trying to sleep but I turned on white noise and it tuned them out well. I would recommend staying here.

Mission Beach Condo

Great location for the money. Literally one block to the sands and ocean. One short block to Belmont Park with tons of rides. Less than a block to the shops and restaurants and a Starbucks Nextdoor! Lol. Mission Bay was right across the street and has a little park. The condo itself was small but very cute with a cute patio, very clean. Only downside is no parking which the information said, and no ocean views, but for the money that was fine because it was so close to everything. The neighbors were kind and allowed me to park in an open space in front of the condo, so helpful. The boardwalk is right there with bike, board and skate rentals. I chose to rent a bike. My advice is to ride over by the bay there is a beautiful path there that goes like 12 miles at least around that area with beaches too. There were a lot of people on the boardwalk and hard to ride. We really enjoyed our stay there and enjoyed being so close to the beach. The property manager was very kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!
