Great location and very nice hone
The home is very nice, clean and comfortable. The heated pool was great, the kids had a wonderful time. The location in Clairemont San Diego is central to everything, the city, the zoo, Seaworld, and the beach. I’ll definitely stay here again when we come to San Diego. Thanks Anita you’re a wonderful host.

We had 10 people and the house never felt cramped. Parking was ample. The big win for this house was the pool and the backyard. Simply amazing. I’ll give it 9 stars out of 10. The only thing I would have preferred is to be a little closer to the beach. It’s about a 15 minute ride give or take depending on traffic. That being said I would rent again and recommend the house for family vacations.

Bad property
Communicating with the host at first was great but when problems occurred Anita the host was more stressed than I was. The property was dirty. Bra was found in the garage, dirty laundry was on the floor in the garage. No locks by the way on the 2 doors in the garage, the 2 side fence door on the front. We felt really safe, NOT. Carpet stairs was dirty not vacuumed. Shower in the master bath has hair in the drain. Bedroom 2 mattress was horrible, sinks in the middle. These are the problems my family experienced, but the most disgusting one was sewage flooded in the backyard by the pool. I immediately contacted Anita. She sent someone within an hour, great. As the guy trying to figure out what was goin on I called her as my family felt disgusted and very uncomfortable with the sewage problem. The sewage problem was fixed but my family was not comfortable at all staying at the house anymore. I asked Anita if we can check out the next morning, she tried to convince me to stay and sleep on it and think about it and shes willing to compensate me for one night. She would not give me an answer because shes gonna loose money on the house. She was more concern about the money than her clients. She had stated that i was disrespectful to her because i kept asking if we can check out the next day and that she was stressed out and cannot give me an answer. She ended up walking away from me and said she will contact me within an hour. She never did call me. Woke up the next morning, and guess what, sewage was flooded again. This was the most stressing experience ever. I texted Anita and told her the sewage was flooded again and i asked to get a full refund on the property and she replied “Understand”. She asked me to get in contact with VRBO to cancel my reservations so she can list the property. VRBO refunded partial of my payment. Anita still charged me for 1 night of stay and cleaning fee after all the trouble we experienced.

Unfortunately this guest arrived and shortly after there was a sewage backup to the backyard utility area. When I asked the guest about the rest of the house she said it was really great and had no other concerns. The sewage issue was resolved and cleaned including full bleach dissinfectant within 2 hours. Unfortunately the guy didn't snake the whole drain and ultimately there was a tennis ball found in the main line. The guest was given a full refund and our apology for the inconvenience. The main line has since been completely replaced with additional cleanouts to more easily inspect and remove any blockages in the future. This is a wonderful house and has a 4.95/5 rating after 55 reviews on airbnb.

Amazing house and yard
Pictures don’t do this backyard justice! It is so beautiful and relaxing. We had a wonderful weekend in November lounging by the warm pool during the day and sitting around the fire pit at night. We all agreed that the beds were some of the comfiest we have ever slept on. There was plenty of space for everyone and at no point did the house ever feel crowded. Everything was very clean and smelled really good when we walked inside. I would rent this house again if I was to come back to San Diego in the future.

Fun Pool House
Immaculate and Spacious Pool House that was fun for everyone. There was an issue with one of the bathroom showers that was eventually resolved by the host but otherwise a good stay!

We rented this home do you have a place for family to come visit while in town we had a wonderful time with our family the pool was lovely the home was lovely the owners were very receptive to anything we needed will definitely stay again

Beautiful home
Very nice clean home . Pictures don’t do it’s justice! Anita was so helpful and really made this weekend happen for me and my family! The heated pool was a plus since it was a little cold.

Amazing Pool!
We stayed here for two days and had so much fun! There are enough beds to sleep 15 people. A great place to have a reunion weekend with friends and spend time under sunshine in the morning and by the pit fire after dawn!

Great place, great location, very relaxing loved it!would stay again! If i had to complain about something some if the outlet need to be fixed! But otherwise 100% great place!
