Location was ideal for our daughter’s dance competition & there was a lot to do around the area! We were able to grocery shop near by and walk the mall and also be just 5 mins from our dance venue. House size was perfect, beds were comfy and house was clean! Only downside was having late nights at the dance competition meant we would come back to little to no parking and have to walk far, but during the day we had no issues and parked right out front.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this home to other families. The space met our family's needs very well, especially traveling with a toddler. The layout gave us plenty of room to spread out, and the home was very clean when we arrived. We especially appreciated how spotless the floors were.The property manager was also responsive and easy to communicate with.There were just a couple of minor maintenance items that would make the home even better. The shower/tub drain cover wasn't secured, so it could accidentally come off and expose the drain opening, and we noticed a few screws on the porch that were sticking up from the flooring. These seemed like simple fixes but are worth addressing for safety.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

Superficially clean but we noticed a musty smell immediately that was particularly strong in one of the bedrooms. Host first suggested airfreshener, then to open windows. We opened one of the AC units and discovered an extremely dirty and moldy filter. Checked other filters and they too were dirty and moldy. Communication with the host was very erratic. He couldnt get his technician out to address the issue so we were forced to move to a hotel as we were starting to be affected by the mold. Fortunately VRBO understood and helped us find a hotel. There were otherminor issues but the mold was a dral breaker and not being able to actually talk with the host, only communicate via the message system was very unsatisfactory.
