Thoughtfully updated while keeping its original character, Casa Consuelo features refinished hardwood floors, fresh interiors, a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, queen bedroom, and mini-split heating and air conditioning. Triple-pane windows help create a quiet, comfortable retreat. One of the best features is the private fenced yard, a wonderful spot for morning coffee, dinner outside, or simply relaxing in the San Diego sunshine. A propane Weber grill is provided, along with shared on-site laundry. The casita is ideally located near some of San Diego’s best neighborhood restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and local favorites, with easy access to Downtown, Balboa Park, North Park, Hillcrest, and major freeways.
