Welcome to your North Park oasis! We are located two blocks from the iconic "North Park" sign. Your fully stocked home features a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom main house that flows into the spacious backyard into the detached 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom granny flat including a small kitchen. We are in a very walkable neighborhood-steps away from all North Park has to offer, with 100+ restaurants, coffee shops and craft breweries. You will be about 2 miles away from Balboa Park and the famous San Diego Zoo. Your home away from home is perfect for a relaxing getaway for up to 7 guests (and pets).

The home is situated in a quiet but lively street, blocks from the main hub of North Park. Picturesque restaurants, coffee, ice cream, craft breweries, and boutiques are all within walking distance from you. The nights are peaceful and the weekend comes alive with everything North Park has to offer!

The main house features 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom has a full size bed with a smart TV and the second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a TV and gaming systems. A queen air mattress and pack-and-play are also available for use.

The open living space includes a sofa, smart TV, 2 arm chairs, dining with 4 seats, and 2 bar chairs. We have plenty of board games for a night in.

The main kitchen has everything you need to host and enjoy! All kitchenware, utensils, cookware, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer with a water filter, stove, oven and microwave.

The main house flows into a spacious and private backyard- including dining table for 6, outdoor sofa, BBQ grill and outdoor games. We have an inflatable bounce house available on request.

A separate and private granny flat includes a full bath, queen size bed, sofa, TV, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, keurig, and toaster oven.

Included with you stay is a fully stocked laundry room.

Private, on-site parking for 3 cars in tandem is included.
