Everything was great! Location is fantastic, so many great restaurants in walking distance. The house was clean and well furnished. Full kitchen, bed was comfortable, has everything you need. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in town.

The location was perfect! Close to restaurants shopping and beaches. Good size rooms and a comfy bed. Communication with the host was outstanding! Nice quiet neighborhood. We totally enjoyed our stay and have already booked our next visit! Can’t wait to go back!

Great location within walking distance to coffee shops, donuts, restaurants and the waterfront. We also were able to walk to Eppig Brewing. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked well, and we appreciated the standing fan that we used to move the air. The backyard patio was a great place to have coffee in the morning. Jane was very easy to work with. We would stay here again.

The location was great and the apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. We found it was centrally located to everything that we wanted to do and the check-in and checkout process was smooth and easy; we would definitely stay again.

Cute guest house in a great location

Great location

The apartment was perfectly located for what we needed. Very easy walk to Point Loma sportfishing. There’s also a nice supermarket within easy walking distance. The bed was very comfortable. We would stay again.

Pleasant Stay in Point Loma

As stated in other reviews, the apartment is well maintained and sparkling clean. It is obvious the owner, who lives upstairs, is well invested in their guest’s experience. Although this is a basement apartment, there is plenty of natural light. There are no stairs to the apartment, which may be a plus to any older folks, such as myself.Communication with the owner was excellent.

Comfortable and very clean

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the marina. We booked this property for three nights and enjoyed the accommodations very much. The owner reached out before our trip to find out if there is anything specific we needed. We informed her about our preferences and they were both met. I highly recommend this property for a stay when people are traveling for the purpose of spending time in San Diego within walking distance or a short drive to the marina.

Very nice. Very nice host!

So my 21 year old and her two friends stayed there and said it was very nice and clean. They said that it was in a great location and that it was accommodating. The only thing my daughter suggested was that maybe place a chair in the bedroom since the only furniture in there to sit on is a bed. Other than that, no other suggestions!! Great place!!

Clean and well-equipped

Jane is an excellent, responsive and thoughtful host with a supremely clean and comfortable guest house. The house is absolutely spotless and includes everything you need for a comfortable quiet stay. Jane has clearly taken the time to make sure the house is well-equipped and that every guest is comfortable and happy. Her garden is also peaceful with many lovely fruit trees and vegetables, and there is a table there to relax. We stayed for 5 nights and will definitely come back next time we are in San Diego! A+
