The winter tundra can be brutal, and San Diego is an excellent alternative. Great view and sunsets are amazing. Susan and Sarah are excellent at responding to any needs.

Great Vacation on the Ovean

The location is amazing! It’s right in the cliffs, with a second floor deck to take full advantage of the ocean views. It’s also very walkable to tons of the restaurants and shops in Ocean Beach. The place itself is also great, well maintained and a very comfortable bed. The host was also great, even left us a birthday banner as we were celebrating my husbands birthday. Highly recommend it to everyone interested in visiting San Diego. I, for one, can’t wait to go back!

Prepare to Exhale
This lovely property has the most amazing balcony overlooking the beach. We spent evenings with a blanket outside listening to the ocean. What a wonderful place to get away from the hustle of the city. Beds are very comfortable with lots of pillow.

Great Stay!
My wife and I stayed in OB a few yrs ago. We brought another couple with us this time and decided to stay a little closer to town. This place was perfect..an easy walk to everything and our own balcony for beautiful sunsets. Would definitely stay here again!

Could not be closer to the ocean
I was in San Diego to visit family and this beautiful place was perfect The sounds of the ocean gave me my most relaxing sleep in years. From the balcony, overlooking the ocean, you could easily toss a pebble in the water. So soothing, so beautiful-- a perfect place to stay!

My friend and I booked this property and we’re not disappointed. It really felt like a home away from home and sitting out on the balcony watching the waves come in - amazing. It was cold (being May) but rugged up with a throw, just lovely. The house had everything you needed and was walking distance to everything in the area.

Quick trip away before a conference
Had a conference in San Diego and had the opportunity to go out early and stay at this property in Ocean Beach and it was absolutely perfect. My friend from Denver met me out there and it was a perfect location, an amazing view, and I slept wonderfully every night. Managed to get to the zoo and a Padres game with quick Uber rides and everything in Ocean Beach (beach, shops, grocery, restaurants) was a short walk away. Thanks so much for an awesome stay.

Great Location and View
This was a great, funky oceanfront spot! Nice beachy decor. Walkable to everything in OB. Parking situation is not great. Garage is purely for storage and spot in lot is treacherous. Unit has some wear and tear that could be addressed. Some conflicting info between VRBO info and what is provided in the unit (ie. wifi login and parking info) Overall, very relaxing and location, location, location!

I absolutely loved my stay at this adorable place. It had everything you could ask for and nothing can beat the view! The sounds of the ocean waves and the beautiful sunset every night was such an added dream bonus. The beds were super comfy and I can’t wait to come back here again.

Wonderful stay at a fantastic location!
This property is absolutely amazing! It is well furnished with plenty of room to spread out. The best part is the balcony and view; you are RIGHT on the ocean! There are some great shops and restaurants within walking distance, including a small grocery store that has everything you need (Krisp). Can't wait to visit again!

Amazing time
We had our annual girls trip here and it was amazing, absolutely gorgeous view. The owner was very nice responded quickly to every question. Please note check out is 10 am if your a person who travels and are use to 11. It is still worth the stay.

The views at sunset are incomparable. Property was quaint and cozy and we kept all of the windows open for a wonderful ocean breeze. Host was amazing and accommodating and we would absolutely go back!

Pros- Overall this is a nice condo. The views of the ocean are amazing and it is a short walk to downtown Ocean Beach! Cons- Condo could use some updating, no tower fan in the middle bedroom (our daughter was hot at night), and the planes constantly flying overhead (not the owners fault, but definitely annoying)

Awesome location and view
Our stay at this Ocean Beach condo was great. The condo's location is ideal. The property sits right over the ocean with awesome views of ocean, surfers, sunsets and blue sky. It is conveniently located within walking distant of great restaurants, shops and stores. The condo itself has a very comfortable, beachy vibe. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen for cooking meals. My only suggestion would be to make more clear the garage situation. Unless you have a very small vehicle it would be difficult to park in the garage. We had no problem parking across the street but the driveway into the lot could also be challenging for some cars.

The condo was perfect!
View from deck provided unobstructed ocean view with sight line to Ocean Beach Pier. Place was stocked with everything you could want. Less than 10 minute walk to lots local restaurants. Ulivo was our favorite.

Awesome view
The ocean view is impeccably beautiful. Having meals or cocktail or afternoon tea with sound of waves & sunset right in front of your sight, we enjoy everyday spent in this apt. The apt is nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need, even a nice sized desk for you to work at home. Garage is too small for parking but the outdoor parking spot helps. Wednesday’s farmer market is within walking distance, it is worth to go! We would like to come back next time!

Great View
Wonderful place for a quick get away close to home. An amazing view and very relaxing balcony. Watching dolphins swim by was an added bonus. Loved the beach vibe interior, full kitchen. Would recommend.

location..location..location!
My family and myself enjoyed the condo. Shops and restaurants were close by. The view from the condo was just beautiful and hearing the waves crash against the rocks was relaxing and therapeutic... Loved it!

OB Ocean View
Throughly enjoyed the condo. Have stayed in this building twice. The inside was nice and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. It took my husband to figure out the key box. The cable box was broken in the spare bedroom, so no TV in there. I am sure the cable company is at fault for that. The garage has a BBQ in the way .If you have a smart car or motorcycle, you could fit that in. Over all we will return to this condo.

Perfect place to recharge your batteries
This place was perfect for our needs. The most amazing view of the Pacific Ocean, quiet relaxing space but still within walking distance to restaurants, breweries and shopping. I hope to be able to make this an annual/semi annual destination.

This is a great location and nice condo. We did have some issues such as wrong wifi name and password listed in apartment ( got correct info from bottom of router), only one tower fan for cooling not two as listed on site and very dusty blinds amd ceiling fans causing some major sneezing the first night. Despite these few things our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Great value for what we needed
We needed an economical option for our family for a long soccer weekend. The condo was as described and worked really well for us. The beds were comfortable and most importantly everything was very clean. The views were spectacular! This was not our favorite neighborhood for walking around/hanging out with kids. We would drive to other beaches/neighborhoods to swim, eat, and shop.

Relaxing week at the beach!
What a lovely waterfront stay we had! The view on the back patio is amazing. We saw dolphins on the first day! The condo is extremely cozy and well cared for, though the steps to the entrance are a bit steep. It was well stocked for staples and the cupboards were full of extra goods and plenty of cookware. The beds were comfy and the place was clean. Check in and departure were easy, and the host was very responsive. Our overall impression was very good. The only drawbacks were parking (the garage was too narrow for our car, and the space allotted is a bit precarious to navigate, especially at night), the neighborhood (a little too Boho for us) and the neighbor's porch lights (they were on all night and lit up the guest room). Still, it was overall a great stay, relaxing and memorable!

There was no where in the description that states there is no AC Available. Property was extremely hot & uncomfortable to sleep. There was food in the pantry that was used as if previous owners/renters stayed there. Due to the present time with Covid 19 there should be nothing used by another person on the property due to sanitation.

Everything about this property description is spot on. Absolutely stunning balcony. The views are to die for. My only recommendation is that they put mattresses toppers on the beds or get more comfortable beds. Otherwise everything was lovely!
