House with all amenities you need. Kitchen, Pool, Patio, Tanning area, BBQ Grill, washer/dryer, Bar, TV, Games, fireplace, and more.

All reservation change requests must be 30 days or more in advance.

3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One bath has a tub, the other is standup.

1 master bedroom, includes queen bed and full bathroom.

2nd room includes queen bed and makeup vanity.

3rd room is two twin size bunk beds.

Extra blankets and pillows provided.

All rooms have closets.

Couch, bar stools provided for kitchen area. If you love sports you are going to love watching games on this TV! 65" QLED

Pool does not have safety gates around it, we ask all of our guests to swim responsibly. If you have children please watch over them. Pool toys are provided.

We are game fanatics and plan on adding more!

This is a family oriented neighborhood, we ask you to be courteous to the neighbors. quite hours are enforced per city guidelines.

If you elect to charge your car at the house using the outlet there will be a fee based on usage.

Heating the pool is $125/day. However, most of the time heating the pool isn’t necessary until fall & winter months.

Okay stay

House was conveniently located to our family in the area. House was very clean, but the couch in living room smelled and was stained. Bathroom sink did not drain. Kitchen was very nice, with exception of dishwasher which was missing racks inside of it which made it useless. Washer and dryer in garage appeared unuseable as power button on washer was missing. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were adequate, but would suggest putting labels on shampoo and soap bottles so it is obvious what is in each container. Outside patio area was very nice for hanging out, but additional charge to heat pool is high. Host was responsive to our inquiries. Might consider staying again if there was functioning washer, dryer and dishwasher.

Solid Stay

The house was clean, but there was a noticeable smell of urine throughout the property, including the couch, which made relaxing in the living room less enjoyable. The kitchen itself was nice, but the dishwasher was missing a rack, which made it inconvenient to use. The washer and dryer were barely functional, and the bedrooms were extremely sparse, with no furniture beyond a bed and closet rods—no drawers or dressers for storage. The beds were comfortable, and the TV and couch were good for relaxing (aside from the smell). The host was attentive and friendly, which was appreciated, but I was uneasy knowing there had been a robbery shortly before our stay. The floors were loud and creaky, but the spacious yard was a plus. We didn’t use the pool since there’s an extra charge to heat it. If my house ever flooded again, I might consider staying here, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.
