Hyatt Place there is nothing like the other hotels. This is 3 start hotel charging 4 or more. The Customer Service was a computer will respond to you. Not water at the lobby and or the rooms. Not restaurants around it. I did not like this hotel for the price that I paid.

The service is terrible! I was bite by the bed bug at the first night I stay in this hotel, so I asked to change the bed sheets twice, but it was never happened after we stayed three nights in this hotel. It is an awful experience I had never have in any of Hyatt hotel.
