"Pros: La casa es muy grande y aunque íbamos 8 parejas y 4 niños, todos teníamos nuestro espacio vital para estar cómodos. Habitaciones con baño y tele como en un hotel, zonas comunes muy grandes, jardín con césped para jugar y piscina vallada Cons: Nos gustó todo. Quizás si pudiese tener rampa la entrada por el porche de la barbacoa hacia el salon, que hay unos escalones y con niños pequeños teníamos que estar atentos de que no se cayeran. "Friendly and helpful check-in staff (always a great sign of what's to follow). Large clean room with a comfy bed and a large and bright bathroom. Great shower. Lovely (massive choice) breakfast included in the room cost. Beautiful outdoor courtyard/cloister. Right at the "start" of the aqueduct, short walk into the historic center. It's kind of perfect really."

"Location of this hotel is near perfect. It’s in the middle of the old city, almost midway between Plaza Mayor (where the cathedral is) and the aqueduct. You can walk to nearly any point within 10 minutes. If arriving by taxi or uber, be advised cars are not allowed on the road in front of the hotel, so no door-to-door service. The car will drop you off, however, about 200 meters (650’) away on a side street. Careful, the hotel has two entrances and of course we went to the wrong one (it’s for those renting the apartments). The main hotel entrance is the one under the flags. When facing the building, apartments to the left, hotel to the right. The hotel itself is quaint with a lot of character. Several photos and paintings of old movie stars from the golden age of Hollywood. The elevator is small and a bit old. The outer door will open for you at the lobby level, but the other floors will require you to push the outer door open after the inner door moves aside. The room was small, typical Europe, but comfortable and clean. Good sized bathroom with a small fridge and hot water kettle. But the real gem of this hotel is the rooftop terrace. Make sure they code your room key for access on the 5th floor. There’s a large room immediately inside the door with vending machines, chairs, etc, but continue outside for a large two-level terrace with amazing views and places to sit while you enjoy your own drinks and snacks."

"Historical building. Furniture and room features in general are old but fits well with the location and it is well maintained. Would be a great choice if you want to stay in a historical building and you enjoy the historical quirky features. Location is spectacular just across the main square and the cathedral. 5 minutes walk from the aqueduct. The right location for Segovia."
